1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES: For items purchased online, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact lafashionosa@icloud.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the items' order number and your reason for the return or exchange. Returns or exchanges that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return or exchange. All returns need to be shipped & delivered to La Fashionosa within 1 week of the return request. If the item has not been returned within the 1 week the return will automatically close. 

2. RETURN SHIPPING: Return authorization for items shipped in error, or items being returned/exchanged because they are defective or damaged will include a pre-paid shipping label. Return shipping on items that are being returned or exchanged for other reasons will be paid for by the customer. The customer will be responsible for the $8.00 return fee for the shipping label. 

3. ELIGIBLE ITEMS: The following items: Clearance items, Final sale items, perishable items, special order items, custom products and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange at managements discretion. If the item being return or exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.

4. CONDITION OF ITEMS: Except for items that were damaged when purchased, items may be "open box" but must be unused, undamaged and complete with all original packaging.

5. FORM OF PAYMENT: Refunds, if issued will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping & handling fees unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at one discretion.

6. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Please note that it is solely your responsibility to ensure that the product is sent to the return address provided by La Fashionosa Support Team and the cost that this may cause. If the product is sent to a different address than the one provided by us, the company will not be held responsible for any charges associated with correcting the mistake, nor will we provide a refund or exchange for any products that we have yet to receive.

To help us process your return quickly and efficiently, we kindly ask that you provide us with the tracking number once you have shipped the product back to us, please be advised that you will have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and send us the item. This will help us ensure that the product gets delivered to the correct address and that we will receive it in a timely manner

Please be aware that failure to provide us with the tracking number once the package has been sent back to us may result in La Fashionosa Warehouse Team not being able to process your refund or exchange, as we cannot confirm we have received the item. All items need to be shipped & delivered to La Fashionosa within 1 week. Once the 1 week has passed the return request will automatically be closed.
