*We are NOT Medical Providers so please speak to your Medical Provider before taking any educational advice from our website.*

Stage 1 Faja is the Faja that needs to be used as soon as you wake up from your surgical procedure. Even though sometimes the Faja may be included in the cost of the surgical procedure and provided to you by the Surgeon it is very important to have your Faja on as soon as you wake up from the procedure. The importance of the Stage 1 Faja includes:

Low Compression: The Stage 1 Faja needs to fit comfortably on your body and not compressed since your recovering body needs to have the proper space to allow the body to heal properly and drain that fluid from the procedure. During this period, the Stage 1 Faja is not suppose to fit like a high compressed faja or waist trainer.

Duration of the Stage 1 Faja: It is recommended to wear your Stage 1 Faja 3 weeks post-procedure. It Is advised to be committed to wearing your Stage 1 Faja as often as possible. Please note that you can use your Stage 1 Faja with your clothing and sleep in it. You may remove your Faja when you shower and when you need to wash it but as soon as you are done with these tasks it is important to place it back on. It is highly recommended to purchase multiple Stage 1 Fajas during this time to easily alternate. Sleeping in your Stage 1 Faja is also very important.

Stage 2 Faja is the Faja that you will use as soon as you've worn your Stage 1 Faja 3 weeks post-surgical you will then graduate to the Stage 2 Faja. It is highly recommended to purchase your Stage 2 Faja during the second week of wearing your Stage 1 Faja. The Stage 2 Faja will include the following:

High Compression: The Stage 2 Faja is a high compressed garment that should feel tighter and more compressed than the Stage 1 Faja. Stage 2 Fajas are to be used alone and no need to wear the Lipo foam during this time.

Duration of the Stage 2 Faja: The Stage 2 Faja should be worn for 6 weeks. It is highly recommended to sleep in your Stage 2 Faja during the recovery time for shaping & maintaining the hourglass figure. The Stage 2 Faja should be worn for 24 hours except during shower and washing time. You may discontinue all garments during the 6 month post-surgical timeframe. You cannot start waist training until the completion of your 6 week Stage 2 Faja.

Stage 3 Faja is the sculpting phase of the process. Now that you've completed & graduated from the Stage 2 Faja now you can start Waist Training. The Stage 3 will help you maintain your freshly treated body by helping mold and make more prominent. You can continue to downsize from previous garments.
